BREMEN TOWNSHIP INVITATION TO BID # 01-2024 Sun Room Addition to the Senior Services Building located at 15350 Oak Park Avenue, Oak Forest, IL.
Notice is hereby given that Bremen Township, County of Cook, and State of Illinois, will accept sealed bids for the construction of all or any of the following scope of work: Framing and Sheathing, Roof and Exterior Finishes, Brick Masonry, Exterior Windows and Doors, for the Sun Room Addition to the existing Senior Services Building located at 15350 Oak Park Avenue, Oak Forest, IL 60452.
Sealed bids shall be submitted to Bremen Township Clerk by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16, 2024. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 7:00 p.m. on July 16, 2024, at 15350 Oak Park Avenue, Oak Forest, IL 60452, before the Township Supervisor.
The specifications are available upon request from Bremen Township Senior Services Building, 15350 Oak Park Avenue, Building A, Oak Forest, IL between 8 a.m. -3 p.m, Monday through Friday, and online on the Township website http://www.brementownship.net.
No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bids without the consent of the Township for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of bid opening.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified or cashier’s check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the Bremen Township.
The Township Supervisor and Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof and to waive any informalities, technicalities and irregularities in proposing and to disregard all non- conforming, conditional or counter bids.
Bidders must comply with all provisions of State of Illinois and federal laws including but not limited to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, the State of Illinois Human Rights Act and the regulations of the Illinois Human Rights Commission. The four files for the project are shown below:
